2012 CO-OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
JUNE 6 - 9, 2012 AT NIAGARA FALLS
Are you interested in representing New Hibret at CHFC's Annual General Meeting 2012 at Niagara Falls this summer?
The Co-op is looking for one member to attend; who has not attended any AGM in the past and is actively involved in the community.
If you are interested, please respond to the following questions:
• What do you know about the AGM and what do you expect to gain for you and the Co-op?
• Are you an active member in the Community or a part of any Committee? Please elaborate on your contributions
• What contributions have you made to the Community within the last 12 months?
• What makes you an outstanding member of New Hibret Co-op?
• Why should you be chosen to represent New Hibret at the AGM?
Member should be in a good standing should submit their applications addressed to the board of directors no later than Friday, March 30, 2012.
Selected member will be required to make a presentation to the General Membership and Board of Directors to share the knowledge they gained at the AGM.

CALLING FOR VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for energetic, dynamic and hands-on volunteers for various committees within the Co-op, including:
• Social Committee
• Landscape Committee
• Member Selection Committee
• Maintenance Committee and
• Welcoming Committee

MAINTENANCE UPDATE
Dear Members
Please note Mr. John Portelance has joined the New Hibret family as the Maintenance Contractor. Going forward he will be handling all your maintenance issues.
For any work you need to be done in your unit, you are advised to fill in a Work Order and drop it either in the office or in the black drop box outside the office; which will then be handed over to Maintenance based on urgency and criticality. However, please note due to a back-log of work orders, it might take longer to handle your requests for the next couple of weeks. We appreciate your co-operation and patience in the matter.
Maintenance can be reached at  between Mondays to Thursday during normal office hours.

LOCKED OUT
URGENT ATTENTION - ALL MEMBERS LOCKED OUT FROM UNIT
Please note, with effect from today, March 16, 2012 in case you have been locked out of your unit after-hours at night or during the weekend please contact the
On-site security guard at 647-782-9319. There will be a charge for the service, which could be paid at the office on next working day.
For all other emergencies, please contact HSI on-call services at 1-866-906-9474 followed by option 2.
